SPRING CLEAN UP and Special POA Membership Meeting to Vote on Proposed Dues Increase

JOIN YOUR WILDWOOD ACRES NEIGHBORS IN THE ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN UP! THIS EVENT IS A GREAT TIME TO CATCH UP ON NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS WHILE WE SPRUCE UP THE PARKS, FLOWER BEDS AND MORE!

AT 10:00 A.M. a special meeting to discuss a proposed POA dues increase. A letter and email went out to all neighbors with the details. Voting will occur at the meeting. If you cannot attend, a proxy was provided and can be given to a neighbor who plans to attend the meeting.

WILDWOOD ACRES POA ANNUAL MEETING - RESULTS

Our annual meeting was held on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21, in the POA Small Park.

We had a great turnout and discussion. We also elected two new Board members:

Jason Powers and Marc Hebner. Both will serve a 2-year term.

The membership voted on whether or not to use POA funds for a proposed pickleball court in the small park. Voting at the meeting and via proxy, the vote was 18 owners in favor and 33 against.
